  • 1. COVERAGE coverage is most important factor of any white ink. More the coverage, more production you can acheive. like you print 2 coats on any dark fabric with good coverage khadi, it will give you more production per hour against cheaper range of khadi with 3 coats. so good coverage khadi is always economical with better Whiteness and finish.

  • 2. STRETCHABILITY

    this factor varies according to fabric on which you are printing. high stretch fabric require khadi to be stretchable so that print should not break on stretching. There are different Khadi as per stretchability to select in our range.
  • 3. sOFTNESS/ HANDFEEL

    handfeel of khadi is also important factor to determine the quality. Handfeel softness will depend on quality of khadi you are looking. so more soft handlfeel, better quality.
  • 4. tACKINESS

    this is also important factor. there is different complaint in market that due to tackiness in print, fabric panel sticks to each other and when removes, print removes.     it is factor which can be defined as per usage. like table grade khadi are normally fast drying as compared to Machine grade khadi. Table grade khadi since printing is done manually require air drying and everybody want self drying due to which drying property is fast. for Automatic printing, khadi need to be slow drying due to non choking property, so that it should not dry while printing. Selection of khadi on basis of drying property can easily be selected as per usage of table or machine
