Process

  • 1. Die Filling
    a) Die is filling with silicon paste.

  • 2.Cool down

    b) Leave the die for  4 – 5 min to spread the chemicals. – Perfect balance for mould embossing

  • 3. Heat Press

    c) The fabric is heat-cured at 160-170°C for 35 to 45 sec to ensure strong adhesion.

  • 4. Finishing and final result
  • d) At the end, additional treatments like matte, glossy, or metallic finishes can be applied, if needed.
