Process :

1. Applying the Silicone

a.)Place the fabric on a flat surface or printing board.

b.)Use a screen with the desired design and apply the silicone ink.

c.)Use a squeegee to spread the ink evenly across the stencil.

d.)Allow it to dry slightly before adding additional layers for more thickness.

2. Heat Press

a.)Position the silicone material in the embossing mold.

b.)Use a heat press machine to apply pressure and heat (around 160-175°C for 20-30 seconds).

3. Quality Check & Finishing

a.)Inspect the embossing for evenness and adhesion.

b.)If necessary, repeat the embossing process to achieve higher thickness.

c.)Let the fabric rest for 24 hours before washing or stretching.
