- Normal inks does Dye-migrate like when you print on red color fabric, white ink turns pink after curing Silicon has property in which there is no color dye migration. It is mainly used on 100% polyester fabrics.
- When you print with Acrylic/PU inks, hand feel is always issue, whereas silicon ink being slippery in nature give very soft hand feel
- There is major problem while ironing plastisol ink transfer. Prints gets damaged on ironing & even spread on fabric with total loss of Garment. Silicon ink solves this problem 100%, once cured properly you can directly iron it, there is no change / damage of print
- Silicon inks has advantage of high washing & Rubbing fastness over conventional acrylic base or plastisol base inks. Its one cured cannot be easily removed or peeled, since it has high bonding property
- Silicon ink saves electricity consumption also since once cured does not require curing/fusing again. It achieves the bounding strength once cured, so you don’t need to use high electricity to use 2-3 times
- There is no problem in silicon ink print related to tackiness as once cured it does not re-melt & does not sticky
- Silicon ink is eco-friendly ink with all certificate for PVC-free/ Phthalate free/ formaldehyde free.
