Embossing silicone is a specialized material used in textile printing to create raised, three-dimensional designs on fabrics, particularly on T-shirts. This technique enhances the tactile and visual appeal of garments, offering a premium and durable finish.
Place the fabric on a flat surface or printing board.
Use a screen with the desired design and apply the silicone ink.
Use a squeegee to spread the ink evenly across the stencil.
Allow it to dry slightly before adding additional layers for more thickness.
Position the silicone material in the embossing mold.
Use a heat press machine to apply pressure and heat (around 160-175°C for 20-30 seconds).
Inspect the embossing for evenness and adhesion.
If necessary, repeat the embossing process to achieve higher thickness.
Let the fabric rest for 24 hours before washing or stretching.
