I) Die is filling with silicon paste.
I) Leave the die for 4 – 5 min to spread the chemicals.
I) The fabric is heat-cured at 160-170°C for 35 to 45 sec to ensure strong adhesion.
i) At the end, additional treatments like matte, glossy, or metallic finishes can be applied, if needed.
