Digital Fabric Printing
For Digital Fabric printing we use Reactive dyes. Printing with reactive dyes is more complicated in terms of textile finishing process.Digital Printing process on fabric with Reactive dyes consists of 6 stages:
Padding–>>PRINTING–>>FIXATION (STEAM FIXATION)–>WASHING–>DRYING–>IRONING
- Padding : First , We coat the raw textile fabric with some special coating so that fabric becomes ready to print.
- Printing: We Prepare design then Print the design with digital printers with reactive dyes inks.
- Steaming : Then all fabric is processed with steam for fixing the dyes on the fabric.
- Washing : To remove the unfixed dyes we need to wash the fabric.
- Drying : washed fabric need to dry for finishing it to final stage.
- Ironing : to Give the final finishing and ready to dispatch condition we have to process fabric with ironing.
When printing is completed, reactive dyes are fixed on fabrics with steam, then washed, dried, ironed and
